1. Introduction Welcome to SoulCanvas! 2.2. Responsibility and Intellectual Property Rights: You are solely responsible for your UGC. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish UGC you submit, and that your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You also agree to indemnify SoulCanvas against any claims arising from your UGC, including, but not limited to, claims of copyright infringement, defamation, or violation of privacy rights.

3. Content Standards and Use License
3.1. Prohibited Content: We strictly prohibit content that is offensive, inflammatory, defamatory, pornographic, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate. Examples of such content include hate speech, explicit violence, and illegal activities. Posting such content may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and potential legal action.
3.2. License to Use: By posting UGC on SoulCanvas, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the UGC in connection with the service provided by SoulCanvas and across different media. This license continues even if you stop using our services, but will terminate for content you delete, provided that any shared or distributed content prior to deletion may not be recallable.

4. Content Moderation
4.1. Filtering and Human Moderation: We utilize a blend of automated systems and human oversight to filter objectionable content from our platform. Our content moderation team is trained to enforce our content standards impartially and responsibly.
4.2. User Reporting Mechanism: If you encounter content that violates our standards, please use our in-app reporting tools to alert us. Providing specific details about the content will assist us in taking swift and appropriate action.
4.3. Action on Reports and Appeal Process: We aim to review reported content within 24 hours. Content found in violation of our standards will be removed, and we may take action against the responsible user, up to and including account suspension or termination. Users who believe their content was removed in error, or who wish to contest an account penalty, can appeal the decision by contacting our support team, providing relevant information for reconsideration.

5. Abusive Behavior
5.1. Zero Tolerance Policy: SoulCanvas does not tolerate any form of harassment, bullying, or intimidation. Engaging in abusive behavior may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
5.2. Blocking Mechanism and Support: Users can block others to prevent further abusive interactions. If you are subjected to abusive behavior, please report it to us through our reporting mechanisms. We are committed to supporting our community and will provide assistance to those affected by abuse on our platform.

6. Terms and Conditions Agreement (EULA)

We expressly disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitations of Liability: SoulCanvas, its affiliates, or its licensors shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 10.3. Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings page. Deleting your account will remove your profile and all associated content from our platform. Some information may be retained for legal or operational purposes.
10.5. Children's Privacy: SoulCanvas is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us for assistance in removing that information.
